Through the experiences I went through in my own fitness journey, from overweight, to skinny, to muscular, I have retained valuable knowledge. Through this I discovered another passion of mine; Helping people. My online coaching services were created with the sole intention of being the guiding voice to those in a similar position I was in, that I myself did not have at the beginning of my fitness and self improvement journey. I know the ins and outs of the South Asian diet and have dedicated countless hours of researching and self applying to perfecting my craft.
